In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "mbo77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the mbo77 platform accessible at https://mbo77.pro, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the mbo77 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated services, tools, games, or features made available by mbo77 to registered members.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal account opened in your name following successful registration on the mbo77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held in your mbo77 Account at any given time, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses, less any wagers, withdrawals, and applicable fees.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by mbo77 to a Member, subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of award.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or the Bonus plus deposit amount, where specified) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification procedures mbo77 conducts to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law, regardless of where the mbo77 servers are physically located.

Access to and use of the mbo77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mbo77 does not permit access to or use of its services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must not have a pre-existing mbo77 Account that has been suspended or permanently closed by mbo77 for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering an Account or continuing to use the Platform, you warrant and represent to mbo77 that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria listed above. mbo77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to mbo77's reasonable satisfaction.

To access the full range of mbo77 services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one mbo77 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. mbo77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify mbo77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Verification: mbo77 may, at any time, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and — where applicable — evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that do not complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal processing paused until verification is finalised.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your mbo77 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. mbo77 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to the applicable dormant account policy.

All financial transactions on the mbo77 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• mbo77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within seconds of bank or e-wallet confirmation, subject to the operating hours of the relevant payment provider.
• mbo77 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person — including family members — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• mbo77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name, and to return the funds to the source account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and used for a prior deposit on your Account. mbo77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed by mbo77's finance team within a target processing time of 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• mbo77 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mbo77 accepts no responsibility.
• mbo77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed transaction.
• Bonus balances that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the portion of your Balance representing cleared, withdrawable funds may be requested.

mbo77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is made available:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion. mbo77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its reasonable discretion, including where mbo77 determines that the Member is not acting in good faith.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the completion of Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus balance is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per single wager is Rp 200.000 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets above this limit during active bonus play may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Seasonal Promotions: mbo77 may offer special promotions during periods such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events including the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are made available at mbo77's sole discretion.
• mbo77 Right to Modify or Withdraw: mbo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the mbo77 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) arena events — are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is not accepted until mbo77's system has confirmed it and provided the Member with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the wager will be treated as void and any staked funds returned to the Member's Account Balance.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and may be adjusted at mbo77's discretion, including where a Member is identified as placing unusually large wagers inconsistent with their historical betting pattern.
• Mix Parlay Bets: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available on the sportsbook. All selections within a mix parlay must be settled as winners for the bet to return a payout. Void selections within a parlay will reduce the accumulator to the remaining active legs in accordance with standard parlay settlement rules.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds and markets are subject to rapid change. mbo77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended due to a technical error or data feed failure may be voided at mbo77's discretion.
• Void Bets and Results: mbo77 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, human error in odds compilation, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the market or game outcome. Voided bets result in the return of the staked amount to the Member's Balance.
• Results and Settlements: Official game and match results used for settlement purposes are determined by mbo77 with reference to recognised official sources. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, mbo77's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 13.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase request is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before it comes into force.
• Session Time Alerts: mbo77 provides optional session time reminders that alert Members when they have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members who wish to take a short break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account remains open but all betting and gaming activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. mbo77 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent a self-excluded Member from opening a new Account.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable pop-up reality checks at selected intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to prompt reflection on time and money spent during a session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbo77 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening more than one mbo77 Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person restriction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at the time of registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or other conduct designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform's systems unfairly.
• Using software robots, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to place bets, access game data, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or suspected error are not eligible for withdrawal and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other use of the Platform for a purpose other than legitimate entertainment betting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mbo77 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from the mbo77 Platform without express written consent from mbo77.

All content, materials, and functionality available on the mbo77 Platform — including but not limited to the mbo77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and compiled data — are the exclusive intellectual property of mbo77 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and NetEnt), and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. mbo77 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbo77 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where mbo77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform that are affected by technical errors or data feed inaccuracies.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings received via the mbo77 Platform. Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit mbo77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mbo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, mbo77 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and — where practicable — by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. mbo77 recommends checking this page each time you log in to your Account, particularly following any notification of an update.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law applicable to the mbo77 operator's jurisdiction of registration.
